house 1 (bookable for stays from May 2026!)
This stunningly beautiful apartment house in wooden block construction was built in 2002. The lovingly designed holiday apartments, which combine the charm of the "Tyrolean style" with modern comfort, offer enough space for a relaxing holiday with friends or family.
The spacious mountain world apartments ("Kolm", "Tristner" and "Olperer") can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. A fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable seating area and 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom/toilet await you.
In addition our spacious living areas invite you to linger while the (partial) direct access to the garden allows you to enjoy nature to the fullest.

In keeping with the year of construction in 1923 this house has rather low ceiling heights which - combined with the modern character - make up the charm and coziness of the apartments.
A lot of heart and soul was put into the renovations in 2019 and 2022 and thus the "new" AlpenLiving welcomes you with great attention to detail and the aim of making your vacation unique!
The "Penken" and "Ahorn" apartments in this house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Each with a fully equipped kitchen with its own seating area and a spacious separate living room, there is enough space to enjoy and linger. The "Grinberg" apartment for a maximum of 2 on the other hand, is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for stylish and functional accommodation.
House rules
- We love animals, but it is unfair to people with allergies to welcome animals into our home. Therefore please leave your pets at home.
- Smokers also need fresh air, preferably outside on the balcony or terrace, but not in the apartment.
- We are also party animals, there are plenty of opportunities to make party in Mayrhofen, but please not in our family-friendly apartments.
- The deposit of EUR 150.00 per stay/per apartment gives us the security that our lovingly designed apartments will be treated just as lovingly.
Check-in / check-Out
- Check-In: We will be there for you between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- Check-Out: on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m. so that we can make the apartment clean and available again for the next guests.
Of course arrivals/departures are also possible outside of these times after consultation, so your vacation should be as stress-free and pleasant as possible :)
